iKSANA – The word is derived from the Sanskrit word IKSHANA – “ इक्षण” refers to eye, sight, caring for, looking after, etc. Our name & logo represents what we stand for: We love complex tasks, and we always stand for digital-first. In Mathematics, "i" represents complex numbers, and it is also a representation of computer terminal graphics. We kept "i" to show our love for complex tasks and our digital-first motto. We go the extra mile with an eye for detail critical for complex tasks. The vision in our logo is a constant reminder to strive to think through with a keen eye for more information while keeping a global view of the tasks, whether it is an engineering assignment or a financial analysis, or a process setup.

Twenty years of experience in tendering and contract management in high-end Interior projects across Asia, the Middle East & Europe. Nisanth started their career as an Estimation engineer and rose the ladder to handle a 30-member estimation team. At his last job, he headed the operations and planning of a 120-member team from the Contracts/Engineering/Supply chain departments. He was part of the functional team for ERP implementations, ISO process finalizations, etc.

A Chartered Accountant and MBA holder with more than 15 years of experience. Her experience spans Manufacturing, Contracting, Trading, and Oil & Natural Gas sectors. It has expertise in designing, reviewing, and monitoring Business Plans, Management Information Reports, Accounting Frameworks, Compliance Management, and Internal Audits.
